Sales Development Manager

Job Summary: As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling high-quality building boards used in wetroom applications to national & independent merchants & buying groups, stockists, retailers, and small to medium housebuilders in the Northern Home Counties region.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial sales, preferably in the building products industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
