Business Development Role for Experienced Professional

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer of specialist hygiene equipment sold into the healthcare sector to find an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth initiatives across the health and care markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development expert to join a fast-growing organisation with a strong roadmap for future solutions and industry-leading service and support. As part of a significant investment, the company is seeking a consultative and results-driven individual to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the UK healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary of approximately £45,000 - £50,000, plus uncapped earning potential up to £70,000 OTE, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including Fully Expensed Car + Pension + Health + Progression + additional benefits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
