We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Specialist to lead the implementation of people strategies across the business in the UK and Ireland. This critical role drives growth, productivity, and engagement by supporting the development of the people strategy in collaboration with the Director of HR.

The position entails building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and customers, to ensure all aspects of the employee lifecycle are supported through efficient processes and systems.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic guidance to line managers and leadership on Human Resources matters
  • Partnering with Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners globally to implement effective people strategies aligned with VIAVI's objectives and goals
  • Collaborating with leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, recruitment and retention strategies, talent development initiatives, compensation reviews, training programs, etc.
  • Cultivating a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws by reviewing policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred, along with extensive experience as an HR Business Partner and team management. Familiarity with Workday is highly advantageous.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
