About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mechanical Systems Design Specialist to lead the design and development of mechanical systems for our projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cost/schedule/quality/performance management, resource coordination, and technical analysis. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cost/schedule/quality/performance management for mechanical tasks, reporting to the Engineering Project Manager and line manager.
  2. Coordination of resources to deliver project tasks within the mechanical domain.
  3. Supporting technical problem-solving and analysis, collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues.
  4. Participation in project/product delivery reviews and design reviews to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
