Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add a highly motivated and skilled Internal Sales Professional to their busy team.

About the Role

As an Internal Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and revenue through proactive sales strategies and effective customer relationships.

Previous experience with security or electronic products would be preferable, but not essential as full product training will be given.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and company KPIs
  2. Offer a full consultative sales approach to both new and existing customers
  3. Pro-actively call businesses to identify new sales opportunities
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  5. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals
  6. General sales administration
Candidate Specification
  1. Previous telesales experience is essential, preferably in a B2B environment ideally in Security, IT, Networking, Telecommunications fields
  2. Outbound calling/cold calling experience is essential
  3. Ability to build rapport and relationships early, using a consultative selling style
  4. Sales driven with a positive 'can-do' attitude
  5. Results orientated
  6. PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
  7. Attention to detail
  8. Ability to work under pressure
