Fenestration Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the East of England. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, façade contractors, and fenestration installers to promote our comprehensive range of high-performance sealing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell our products to architects within façade contractors (65% of time)
- Sell to fenestration installers (30% of time)
- Sell to self-builders (5% of time)
- Conduct CPD's with architects
About the Role:
This is a field sales role that requires frequent travel into London. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the building products industry. You will need to be comfortable travelling frequently and have a willingness to consider new business development and account management.
Requirements:
- Field sales experience from within the building products industry
- Experience working with window fabricators and installers is not required
- Proven new business and account development skills
- An understanding of the fenestration industry and related building regulations surrounding conservation of energy may be beneficial
