Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced New and Used Car Sales Executive to join our team at ASI Recruitment. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will also be expected to provide expert advice on new and used vehicles, as well as related add-ons and finance/insurance products.
With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, you will work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure that every customer leaves the showroom satisfied and empowered to make informed purchasing decisions.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:
- A basic salary of £18,000 per annum
- Ongoing earning potential with a target of £40,000+ per annum
- A company car
- Access to comprehensive training and development opportunities
While previous Main Dealer experience is desirable, we are open to applications from individuals with a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
