**About the Company**

S3 Associates Ltd is a leading HR Tech business, recognised for its innovative approach to employee engagement. As a fast-growing company, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Client Retention Marketing Manager.

**The Role**

This role involves managing and executing client marketing campaign strategy and engagement plans, focusing on B2B clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and Umbraco, with experience in full-funnel marketing and copywriting.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Tactical execution and management of client communications and events
  2. Multimedia asset creation to support campaigns, including copywriting and briefing design
  3. Support on client advocacy strategy and integrated communications plan to demonstrate impact and ROI
  4. Client channel management and execution: email, social, client hub
  5. Support and execute B2B client events, including webinars/in-person advocacy roundtables and annual awards
  6. Build strong collaboration between marketing and client teams to create and implement strategic campaigns
  7. Analyse campaign data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and improve results

**Qualifications and Skills**

  1. BSc/MSc degree or recognised accreditation in Marketing
  2. 2+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
  3. Employee benefits or HR Tech experience preferred
  4. Experienced in HubSpot CRM and Umbraco
  5. End-to-end campaign management experience (full-funnel marketing)
  6. Knowledge of effective marketing tools for client communications and engagement
  7. Copywriting experience and ability to work with internal/external content and creative teams
  8. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Hubspot)
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation Package**

In return, the company offers a competitive basic salary of £45,000 plus KPI bonus, share options, 25 days annual leave, and an attractive benefits package.
