Channel Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Director to lead our business strategy implementation and interaction within the catering channel. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for delivering targeted profit and ongoing company objectives in line with current brand & trading strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience of National Account Management, preferably in a food-related FMCG business, and possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence & present at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a live strategic sector plan, working closely with the Head of Channel and Business Insights.
- Manage an account ledger of £5M+ Net Sales value, developing account plans aligned to the Company/Channel Plan, and delivering cases, net sales revenue & margin targets.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and customers, devising and implementing promotional plans aligned to joint business plans (JBPs).
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car/car allowance, 40 hours per week, holiday entitlement of 33 days per year (including bank holidays), company pension, life assurance, and more.
