About the Position

We are seeking a Strategic Customer Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a live strategic sector plan, working closely with the Head of Channel and Business Insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience of National Account Management, preferably in a food-related FMCG business, and possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence & present at all levels.

Key Requirements
  • Experience of National Account Management, preferably in a food-related FMCG business.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence & present at all levels.
  • Highly developed presentation skills.
  • Clear, confident communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Highly developed numerical skills, complete P&L understanding to senior management level.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car/car allowance, 40 hours per week, holiday entitlement of 33 days per year (including bank holidays), company pension, life assurance, and more.
