About the Role

dnevo Partners urgently requires an experienced Senior Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality parking services in West London. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and operational management skills, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements and ensuring financial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage a team of professionals, promoting motivation, development, and performance excellence.
  • Led capital and revenue budget management to optimize resources for cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Oversaw service projects, including scoping, planning, and delivery within agreed schedules and budgets.
  • Managed procurement and contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts and maximizing commercial benefits.
  • Developed and implemented business plans, setting clear targets for service performance and leading interventions to address any shortfalls.
  • Maintained adherence to governance, including audit, procurement, risk management, and health & safety.
  • Advised the Council's leadership on parking operations, policies, and service delivery.
  • Represented the Council in key external partnerships and engaged with organizations such as TfL, GLA, and other local authorities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Senior management experience in a high-transaction frontline service environment.
  2. A proven ability to drive performance improvements with tangible outcomes for customers.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in resource management, efficiency, and commercial skills.
  4. Proven success in managing large-scale projects, ensuring financial and service targets are met.
  5. Experience in policy development and providing strategic advice.
  6. Proven experience in promoting and managing diversity within the workforce.
  7. Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation for service management.
  8. Demonstrated leadership and performance management, including addressing underperformance.
  9. Financial expertise in managing large-scale capital and revenue budgets.
  10. Commercial and analytical skills for service improvement and revenue generation.
  11. Successful procurement and contract management experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
