Care Services Director

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Care Services Director to drive the growth and success of our homecare service in Rochdale. As the ideal candidate, you will be a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Maintain CQC compliance and ensure robust auditing processes are in place.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar setting.
- Proven track record of managing services with 'good' CQC ratings.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Valid driving license.

Expected Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
