Senior Child Protection Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social worker to join our Safeguarding service in the South West of England.
In this role, you will manage a mixed caseload of short and long-term work, keeping your weeks fresh and varied and the chance to further well-round your skillset within frontline children's social work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex child protection cases
- Develop and implement effective support plans for vulnerable children and their families
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £43 per hour, flexible contracts lengths, and immediate starts available. You will also receive regular check-ins with your dedicated consultant and ongoing support from our team.
