Mental Health Leadership Opportunity for Senior Child Psychotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist to lead our multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality care to children, young people, and their families across Devon. As a leader in child mental health, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective therapeutic interventions, promoting evidence-based practice, and driving quality improvement initiatives within the service.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other agencies, including Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust, to ensure seamless care pathways and maximize outcomes for service users. Your experience in undertaking specialist mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex mental health problems will be invaluable in this role.

A key aspect of this position is your ability to travel across Devon, engaging with local communities and stakeholders to promote the services offered by CFHD. The salary for this leadership role is approximately £50,000-£70,000 per annum, reflecting the complexity and scope of the position.
