Senior Child Psychotherapist Role - Enhance Service Delivery and Outcomes

At Child Family Health Devon (CFHD), we are committed to delivering exceptional care to children, young people, and their families across Devon. As a Senior Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our services, leveraging your expertise to drive improvements in service delivery and outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include leading multidisciplinary teams, working closely with other agencies, and contributing to service development initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to engage in teaching, training, and supervising trainee psychotherapists, further enhancing your skills and knowledge in leadership and mentorship.

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000-£75,000 per annum, reflecting the senior nature of the role and the expected level of responsibility. Benefits include regular clinical supervision, CPD opportunities, and a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
