Mental Health Assistant Practitioner Job Description:
About UsChildren and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is a large community service that provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health.
We operate flexibly to meet the needs of children, young people, and their families/carers, offering a 7-day-a-week service, including evenings and weekends.
As a dedicated member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate mental health services.
- You will implement specific assessment, review, and care packages to individuals and groups within standard protocols.
- You will provide evidence-based advice and consultancy to young people, family members/carers within standard protocols.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
