Bank Care Worker

NHS Professionals is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Care Support Professional to join their team as a Bank Care Worker - Mental Health Specialist. This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing vital support and care to patients in mental health settings, working flexible shifts across various client Trusts in England.
As a Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, assisting in the delivery of patient care, and ensuring that patients are at the forefront of decision-making about their care and well-being. Your ability to work independently and make sound judgments will be essential in this role.
To be successful in this position, you will require a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Mental Health Care Assistant. Alternatively, if you are a Student Nurse with at least 12 weeks of clinical placements studying towards a Mental Health Nursing degree, you may also be eligible. A relevant qualification, such as the Care Certificate, is also required.
