Responsibilities and Requirements- Collaborate with children, their carers, and families to develop and implement individualized plans, prioritizing positive outcomes and promoting independence.
- Manage adolescent risk and contextual safeguarding, leveraging your expertise to ensure the well-being and safety of young people.
- Prepare Care/Pathway Plans, supervising and supporting young people as they transition into independent living, equipping them with the necessary skills and guidance for adulthood.
- Possess a sound knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding children in care and care experienced young people, applying this knowledge to practice effectively.
