Main Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical supervision to junior staff members, promoting their professional growth and development.">
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to trust policies and procedures.">

Essential Qualifications and Experience

">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">

A Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.

">

Experience working collaboratively with service users, families, and carers, using goal-based care and routine outcome measures.

">

A strong understanding of relevant legislation pertaining to children and young people.

">

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

">

An estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
