We are seeking a Senior Support Specialist to join our team at NHS. As a Senior Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

About the Job

You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the needs of each resident, supporting their unique needs and preferences. You will also supervise and mentor junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving individualized care and support
