Nursing Governance Specialist

Job Description
The Regional Clinical Development Nurse will be responsible for leading, supporting and continuously improving the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in four care homes. This will involve working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff to ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development of clinical excellence across four care homes
- Work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff to ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained
- Analyse KPIs and identify practical strategies to improve clinical governance and quality of care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
