Nurse in Renal Dialysis Unit

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renal Care Specialist to join our team in North Devon. As a Dialysis nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualised care plans for dialysis patients, prioritising patient safety and well-being
- Evaluate patient care needs and ensure effective delivery of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- NMC registration as a General/Learning Disability/Mental Health Nurse
- Experience working in renal dialysis nursing (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A competitive salary up to £33,736.50 per annum, plus a location allowance of £2500
- Ongoing training and development opportunities, including our 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme
- No Sunday or night shift working

- 33 days holiday (inclusive of 8 bank holidays), increasing with service
