The role involves working autonomously, assessing patient care needs, and developing, implementing, and evaluating holistic care plans for patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. Our team operates 20 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 64 patients, in partnership with the Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust using only the latest equipment.
We offer a competitive salary Upto £33,736.50 per annum (plus a location allowance), alongside excellent training opportunities, including our 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme accredited by the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses Association/European Renal Care Association. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including no Sunday or night shift working, company pension scheme, and overtime pay.
