Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis Unit in North Devon as a full-time Dialysis Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in renal nursing and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess and plan individualised care for patients undergoing haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
- Conduct regular reviews of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (General, Learning Disability, or Mental Health)
- Experience working in a renal dialysis setting, preferably with haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
