About the Role

We are seeking an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our award-winning Human Resources Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative and professional support to the team and wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an open-door policy, providing a positive lead by example approach and being the first point of contact for the Human Resources function.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and assist with communicating them to all associates.
  • Responsible for the HR and Recruitment mailbox, filtering all enquiries and resolving them within 24-48 hours with consistent and clear communication.
  • Coordinate the publication of recruitment adverts and assist with the coordination of recruitment processes.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and complete HR Metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the HR Department with monthly reporting of absence and administer staff taxi policy.
  • Support the HR Department in the distribution and follow-up of annual Company Corporate initiatives.
  • Coordinate and administer staff benefits, including HOME Reward & Recognition Programme and Associate Appraisals and PDP's.
  • Work in partnership with the HRBP to ensure accurate records of staff accommodation allocation and coordinate Welcome Packs and Hampers.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices, ensuring all payments are made on time and in line with company policy.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Quinyx system and provide support to associates regarding the system.
  • Responsible for creating all contract packs and pre-employment checks for prospective associates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely SAP system updates and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of compensation data.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and arrange and organize induction dates and new hire administration.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our award-winning Human Resources Team. You will be a competent HR Administrator or established HR Coordinator with experience working within a HR Team or Recruitment role.

Excellent IT experience in Microsoft packages, first-class communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are required. A proven track record in strong administration skills, strong system and analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment are essential.

A strong team player with a gracious and friendly manner, ability to present as an ambassador for the resort, and highly organized and methodical approach are also required.

Salary

This is a permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £27,000-£28,000 gross per annum, hybrid working (one day working from home), and a range of associate benefits.
