Junior Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our Finance, HR & Administration teams at LV Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-equipped and organized.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and managing expenses.
  • Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
