Junior Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our Finance, HR & Administration teams at LV Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Leadership Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the delivery of key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as required, working collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
