We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. The HR Intern will support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions. **Main Purpose of the Role**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating inductions, and assisting with the setup of employee records.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, updating HR databases, and preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and policy reviews.

**What You'll Need**:

- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate / postgraduate, seeking a placement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
