About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in London. As a Property Administrator at Colliers, you will play a vital role in supporting the Account Director and existing SAP administration team.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the SAP REFX system, managing all lease data, and producing regular reports for the client. You will also be responsible for raising POs on behalf of the team, supporting the delivery of reports, and ensuring data accuracy for audit.

Key Tasks
  • Upload and validation of newly abstracted leases and related documents to SAP REFX.
  • Liaise with Lease Administration who will provide a validation service on all lease abstracts.
  • Manage approval of lease abstracts (by Account Director and client where appropriate).
  • Produce monthly critical dates reports and exception reports (including management of the resolution of exceptions identified), reporting to the Account Director and the client.
  • Ensure all new critical dates identified are entered onto the weekly Transaction Tracker report as new projects, or archived with appropriate reasons.
  • Act as the client's main point of contact for lease data related queries.
  • Quarterly financial reporting on lease commitment and income downloads.
  • Support with weekly project tracker and other account administration where required.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly rental and service charge postings for EMEA.

To excel in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Lease Administration, experience of working with SAP REFX, and prior experience of working within a team environment. Highly organised and detail orientated, you will also have the ability to produce reports for client review and spot and highlight errors or anomalies.
