Clinical Data Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cancer Performance team at Imperial College Healthcare as a Clinical Data Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of weekly tumour specific multidisciplinary meetings (MDTs). Your responsibilities will include managing patient progression through diagnostic and treatment pathways to meet National Cancer Waiting Times targets, entering accurate cancer data on cancer databases, and drafting breach reports. In addition, you will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and travel to other hospital sites as needed.

About the Role
As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of clinicians pushing boundaries in patient care. You will be responsible for creating and managing complex administrative processes, including PTL management, data entry, and report generation. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
We are seeking applicants with a comprehensive secondary education, degree-level qualification or equivalent training and experience, and evidence of further education. You should have experience working within the NHS environment, preferably within a cancer data environment, and knowledge of administration procedures and complex IT systems. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, effective time management, and knowledge of medical terminology.
