Job Description:
Faron is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on tackling cancers via novel immunotherapies. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team in Turku, Finland.

About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Scientific Lead and Clinical Operations team in coordinating all activities related to central laboratory services for clinical trials. The successful candidate will have significant experience in central laboratory operations and be able to work closely with sponsors and CROs to ensure study protocols are adhered to throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all activities related to central laboratory and bioanalytical services for clinical trials
* Ensure timely and accurate transfer of samples from clinical trial sites to the central laboratory and other external laboratories
* Monitor the lab's performance, ensuring data meets quality standards and timelines
* Maintain oversight of lab data
* Work closely with central laboratories and CROs to align on laboratory requirements, ensuring study protocols are adhered to throughout the process
* Manage and oversee the data analysis and reporting process, ensuring results are available for decision-making at critical points in the trial

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials, with significant experience in central laboratory operations
* Prior experience in central lab management, ideally within a sponsor or CRO environment
* Strong understanding of laboratory processes, including sample management, analysis, and data transfer
* Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines and other relevant industry standards
* Experience with lab data management systems and project management tools
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; other languages are an asset
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness and ability to continuous learning and process improvement

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also includes excellent benefits, including a dynamic working environment with a culture of collaboration and open communication.
