We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Clinical Trial Manager to join our team at Medpace. As a key member of our Clinical Trial Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of clinical trial activities and providing excellent support to our project coordinators and clinical trial managers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a PhD in Life Sciences and excellent communication skills. You will be fluent in English and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Prior experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is not required but would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Communicate and collaborate with global study teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within our clinical trial management system
- Interact with internal project teams, sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of clinical trial activities
- Provide oversight and quality control of our internal regulatory filing system and manage study supplies

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
