**About the Job:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join our team in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will have prior experience with IFRS16 lease accounting and be able to manage lease accounting and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information to support our management and music teams.

About the Role:

  • Lease Accounting & Reporting: Own the accounting for all leases, including updates to IFRS16 models, journal postings, and reporting for period-end accounts. Prepare supplementary information for the Group Finance team.
  • Music Accounting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of show results, coordinating closely with management and music teams.
  • IAS 17 Compliance: Manage period-end journals for base rent, turnover rent, rent reviews, rent-free periods, and other related entries.
  • Support & Queries: Handle landlord payment queries, assist with property AP runs, prepare turnover certificates, and work closely with the property team.
  • Balance Sheet & GL Support: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, provide GL account commentary, and assist with cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
  • System & Process Support: Approve invoices in Chrome River, assist with audit processes, and take on ad hoc tasks as needed.

What We Offer:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
