Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Associate to join our team at Lendlease. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

As a Leasing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting hundreds of individuals, couples, and families in finding their perfect home. You will work closely with our residents to provide exceptional high-quality and professional residential services.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. You will be responsible for conducting leasing tours, emphasizing the community's available apartment homes, and converting leads into ongoing leases.

  • Use a professional greeting approved by the community to greet prospective residents and describe the community's features.
  • Assist management in completing an accurate market survey.
  • Respond to resident concerns, complaints, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough move-in orientations and apartment inspections with new residents.
  • Prepare and complete lease documents accurately.

Additional responsibilities include flexibility to frequent changes within the property, office, and company. You may be required to cover other properties as needed and directed by the Community Manager and/or Regional Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
