Residential Leasing Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Associate to join our team at Moda Living Ltd. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our residents and drive revenue growth through alternative investment streams.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the city, its people, culture, and social scene.

A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is on offer.

Job Overview:

This role involves managing the leasing process from initial contact to move-in, ensuring seamless communication with residents and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for coordinating inventory production, working closely with the Lettings Manager, and escalating any end-of-tenancy charge disputes.

Responsibilities:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for leasing administration enquiries
  • Follow up leads and register individual rental requirements
  • Arrange viewings and provide a first-class experience tour
  • Manage tenancy applications and ensure accurate recording and processing of customer information
  • Coordinate inventory production and work closely with the Lettings Manager
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential property (hospitality or private renting sector preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-active, able to use initiative to enhance the reputation of the building
  • Professional presentation, confident and outgoing in nature
