We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor/Associate to join our dynamic Commercial Division in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to work closely with our Department Head/Partner in managing transactions and providing strategic advice to office occupiers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with existing client instructions, identifying suitable properties, reviewing commercial lease terms, and building a network of client contacts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advising clients on real estate strategy both short-term and long-term.
  2. Proactively identifying suitable properties for clients.
  3. Reviewing commercial lease terms.
  4. Building and maintaining a network of client contacts.
  5. Ensuring efficient administration of all relevant Quality Assurance procedures.
  6. Serving as a key contact for supporting and progressing early careers talent.
  7. Understanding all aspects of information technology systems specific to the office/department.
  8. A minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant representation or leasing is preferred.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive £60,000 - £80,000 per annum salary, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to training and development opportunities, allowing you to grow your skills and advance your career within the company.
