Salary: £42,500 per annum + discretionary bonus (based on location and experience).

Location: London, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional with expertise in managing dynamic workflows and a passion for retail property. As the sole Senior Leasing Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing lease transactions across our core properties, including some of the UK's top retail destinations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Management: Utilise Deal Manager (DM) to streamline lease processes, track transaction progress, and ensure deals are optimised for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leasing Team Support: Collaborate closely with our leasing team, ensuring lead tracking, maintaining up-to-date unit availability, and coordinating virtual viewings.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining our systems, file protocols, and user guides to enhance team efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure our pipeline and transaction data are well-organised and accurate, providing a reliable resource for our team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Possess an LLB or GDL qualification with substantial experience in leasing within a legal framework.
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude with a talent for tactfully keeping projects on track.
  • Exhibit excellent skills in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems (experience with Yardi systems is advantageous).
