Senior Leasing Paralegal Role at Career Legal

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Senior Leasing Paralegal to manage lease transactions across our core properties in London. This is a permanent role with a salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum plus a discretionary bonus.

About the Role:

  • Transaction Management: Use Deal Manager (DM) to streamline lease processes and ensure deals are optimised for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration with the Leasing Team: Work closely with our leasing team to track leads, maintain up-to-date unit availability, and coordinate virtual viewings.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to refining our systems, file protocols, and user guides to enhance team efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure our pipeline and transaction data are well-organised and accurate, providing a reliable resource for our team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of LLB or GDL qualification with substantial experience in leasing within a legal framework.
  • An exceptional ability to manage tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
  • A positive attitude and talent for tactfully keeping projects on track.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems (experience with Yardi systems is a plus).

This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home in London.
