You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. You'll work closely with the Centre Manager and other senior leaders to align goals, set priorities, and measure progress. Your expertise in customer experience, team leadership, and business development will be invaluable assets to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
* Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with the Centre Manager and other senior leaders to set goals, prioritize initiatives, and measure progress
* Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching and guidance, and empower team members to take ownership of their work

About You
* A strong background in customer experience, service quality, or operations management, preferably in a fast-paced retail or service environment
* Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions

What We Offer
* Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
* Uncapped bonus scheme: average annual bonus £7,100 (with potential to earn more)
* 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday), with Sundays off

Requirements
* A current valid driving licence is required for this role
