We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting up meetings with our Executive Account Managers.

As a Sales Development Representative at PROS, you will be responsible for:

Representing Our Software Solutions
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions and their applications in various industries
  • Conducting discovery calls with prospects to identify their needs and challenges
  • Presenting value propositions and highlighting the benefits of our solutions
Nurturing Relationships and Generating Opportunities
  • Blduing and sustaining relationships with key decision-makers across various industries
  • Generating new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and follow-up efforts
  • Qualifying leads and passing them on to our Executive Account Managers
Required Qualifications - About You
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in enterprise sales or business development
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • You have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and technologies
  • You are fluent in English, with German or French being an asset
  • You have industry knowledge and/or experience in target industries such as manufacturing, distribution, travel, transportation, logistics, and energy

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
