About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Sales Director to join our team at Wipro Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our SAP solutions into our clients in the UK & Ireland region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the overall SAP order book across the assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Engage with CXOs and business owners to build strong customer relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, their challenges, and strategies within their existing SAP setup.
  • Work effectively with a globally distributed technical and SAP pre-sales team to shape proactive opportunities, RFP/RFI responses, solutions, and presentations.
  • Lead generation through alliances, marketing, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with individual account teams to create Business Development Plans for the account and execute joint plans.
  • Lead and own the end-to-end solution development, architecting and orchestrating solution development with Business Units, SAP Presales, and solution leads.
  • Develop long-term valued relationships with clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in solutioning, selling, and closing deals in IT services and consulting.
  • Extensive experience selling in the SAP services space, particularly in S/4HANA transformations, SAP LoB solutions, and public cloud and IT transformation.
  • Deep technical understanding of SAP pre-sales/sales cycles and leading/senior architecture roles on SAP projects and knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and their application across various industries.
  • Relevant business experience gained within a large consulting or SI organization as a consultant or sales professional.
  • Proven record of sales quota attainment against an $8-10M or higher target.
  • Excellent customer interface skills, including communication and presentation delivery.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and work effectively under high pressure.
