About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team at SAP SE. As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team, driving business growth through aggressive and value-based market penetration strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a world-class team to sell SAP's solutions via complex sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the team, effectively prioritizing to optimize resource utilization while developing their sales acumen and careers.
  • Lead, manage, and recruit a team of high-caliber sales talent, ensuring strong sales processes, driving the development of a full pipeline of opportunities, and motivating the sales team.
  • Demonstrate all management responsibilities: create the future; build a team; develop people; manage performance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions. Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven abilities in managing highly complex organizations and applying risk-mitigation strategies to customers.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
