Role Summary


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, handling their queries and concerns related to pension schemes.


As a key member of the Enquiry Centre team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of pension schemes through comprehensive training.


Key Responsibilities/Expectations



  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that members receive accurate and timely information about their pension schemes.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of pension schemes, including relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and quality metrics.

Requirements


To be considered for this role, you will need:



  • A strong understanding of pension schemes and related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork.
  • A minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above.
  • Ability to form good working relationships and work effectively with colleagues.
  • The ability to reside in the UK for at least 5 years.
