About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in pension administration, including communicating with clients and their members, processing client pension payrolls, and preparing computer-generated benefit calculations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients, members, and advisers via email and telephone
- Process client pension payrolls, including net pay calculations, payments arrangement, liaison with tax offices, and year-end returns preparation
- Prepare computer-generated benefit calculations and related correspondence
- Attend team meetings to understand priorities and offer support as required
- Engage in interesting project work
