We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as a Telephony Pension Administrator in Liverpool City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established pension administrator, providing first-class service to our members. You will be part of a highly engaged and dynamic organisation that values excellent customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling telephone enquiries based on a competent working knowledge of the pension schemes
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attendance and time-keeping
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
