We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as a Pension Administration Advisor in Liverpool City Centre.

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our callers, discussing everything from joining the pension scheme to retirement and beyond. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established pension administrator, providing first-class service to our members. You will be part of a highly engaged and dynamic organisation that values excellent customer service.

The role involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Handling telephone enquiries based on a competent working knowledge of the pension schemes
  • Excellent attendance and time-keeping
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
