Pension Administration Expert Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Expert to join our team at The Actuary Group. As a key member of our Bulk Annuities team, you will provide expert guidance on pension administration, including data cleansing and true-up.

The ideal candidate will have experience in BPAs and defined benefit pensions administration, with a strong understanding of actuarial spreadsheet models and reinsurance concepts. You will be responsible for managing senior stakeholders, ensuring data flow and control, and providing accurate reporting to support business decisions.

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.

About the Role
  • Provide expert guidance on pension administration, including data cleansing and true-up.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with scheme trustees, administrators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BPA and defined benefit pensions administration.
  • Strong knowledge of actuarial spreadsheet models and reinsurance concepts.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
