Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Pension Administrator to join our team in Liverpool City Centre. As a key member of our telephony-based Pension Administration team, you will be the first point of contact for our callers, discussing everything from joining the pension scheme to retirement and beyond.

The ideal candidate will possess great customer service and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to resolve members' telephone enquiries based on a competent working knowledge of the pension schemes, gained through our in-house training programme.
