  • Key Responsibilities: Lead Acquisition Opportunities, Collaborate with Senior Management, Establish Acquisition Targets, Represent the Company, Drive Deals.

Requirements:

  • M&A Experience: Proven experience in a BD / Origination focused M&A role.
  • Relationship Building: Track record of engaging with businesses and building relationships for M&A.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal and EQ levels with high-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and modelling skills.
  • Research Skills: Strong research skillset and track record.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
