Commercial / Sales Director – Consumer Durables

Parkinson Lee Executive Search is proud to be the retained partner for a rapidly expanding company in the consumer durables sector, seeking an exceptional Commercial / Sales Director.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Group Managing Director, driving growth and shaping the future of one of their key business units.

Focusing on the specification, house builder, and related markets, you will lead the overall sales strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a strategic, visionary leader with a proven track record in sales management and a deep passion for delivering exceptional results.

Your expertise across core markets—such as specification, buying groups, hotel groups, and contractors—will be key to taking this division to the next level.

Success in this role not only promises immediate impact but also offers the exciting potential to progress into a Divisional Managing Director position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends
  • Collaborate with the Group Managing Director to shape the future of the business unit
